You can fly to the wedding destination in approx 2 hrs and can fly to Barcelona and Girona airports!

CAR:

From Barcelona Airport to Mas Terrats (approx. 1h 45min.)

 

Take AP-7 towards Girona. Exit at junction 5 (l’Escala) and take the GI-623. Follow the signs Orriols/N-II/Girona/Bàscara/Figueres. At the roundabout take the N-II towards Figueres (right after the toll). You will pass by Orriols and then Bàscara. Continue on the National II and take the SECOND turn to Pontós. (Important: please ignore the first sign to Pontós) Follow the road for approximately 4km until you see a sign on your left at the beginning of an unpaved road that indicates Mas Terrats. If you follow the unpaved road about 2 km you will reach Mas Terrats.

From Girona Airport to Mas Terrats (approx. 45min.)

 

Take the AP-7 towards La Jonquera and get off at exit 5 (l’Escala). Please follow directions as above.

Public Transport - BARCELONA TRAINS!: 

You can take the RENFE train from Barcelona airport and get off at Estacio Sants. From Estacio Sants you can take both the train and the coach to Girona or Figueres. Trains are very frequent every 40 mins to Girona and 55 mins to Figueres. Use the RENFE website to get all train times. You could even get a taxi from Barcelona airport to the Estacio Sants should take approx 20 min. 

 

Airport Transfers:

You can also arrange pre booked transfers from either airport. There are plenty of companies on the web that operate private or shared transfers from the airports you can find on the web. Bus:

There is no direct public bus service from Barcelona Airport to Girona. There are coach companies that travel from Barcelona and Girona airports to Girona city and various places across the Costa Brava
